We had a relaxing December with Family and Friends! New Years was a blast. We had a family from Atlanta as guests over New Years, Heather, Glenn and Seth (who was a joy). Heather is a vocal coach and accomplished pianist. Jer and Heather had their own Jazz Jam. We also invited our Pastor Don and Angie to enjoy the music and sang some praise and worship music and had a ball.

Since I have a new stove I have fresh pumpkin bread, gingerbread cookies and corn bread casserole to serve at our Christmas Open House. I also have a great recipe for sweet and sour meat balls thanks to Janet at Good Samaritan Hospice (Luncheon). I might give her secret away and add it to the recipe section of our Blog. I will wait to see how everyone likes the meat balls first!! Everyone is invited to attend. Just bring your favorite cookies and a can food for church pantry to attend and bring the kids along!!

This is a picture perfect post card. Nov 11, 12, and 13 Fayetteville Square hosts a Christmas Celebration. If you missed it this year, put it on your Calendar for next year the 2nd week in November!! The Rock Fayetteville praise team were in period costume and opened the Christmas Tree lighting ceremony. They then spend Friday night and Saturday afternoon visiting the stores around the square singing beautiful Christmas Carols. You can also here them at our 10:00am Services every Sunday at Stonebridge Acadamy in Fayetteville! Join us!

We were invited to Lane Stree Inn in Shelbyville, Tennessee to visit with other B&B owners. What a great evening catered by Bristro 1876. The Host and Hostess were a delight. Great exchange of ideas for our hospitality industry and a great referral network. It’s much easier to work together in this economy. Looking forward to the next get together. There will be a new web-site with all the B&B’s who participate. We will keep you posted.
